Welcome to the tr999 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between tr999 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("user", "member", "you"). When you access this platform, create an account, or use any service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms in full.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Processing may take additional time due to identity verification or other security-related reasons.

4.4 Deposit Ownership

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount). For example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳24,000 (1,200 × 20) must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Violating bonus terms may result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.

All game results are determined through a neutral random number generator (RNG) or via a live dealer. If a technical error occurs during a game, tr999 may refund the bet where applicable.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Sports Betting

8.1 VIP Tiers

• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

8.2 Tier Advancement

8.3 Benefit Conditions
